license governs only the Dida distribution, branding, and the modifications
made by Nova Globen AB.

1. Definitions

   "Software" means the Dida application distribution, including the
   modifications, branding and packaging produced by Nova Globen AB.

   "Personal Use" means use by an individual acting on their own behalf,
   including use for learning, hobby projects, and open source contributions,
   and not on behalf of an organization.

   "Commercial Use" means any use by or for an organization (a company,
   partnership, sole proprietorship acting commercially, government body, or
   other legal entity), or any use that directly serves paid work.

2. Grant for Personal Use

   Subject to this license, Nova Globen AB grants you a worldwide,
   royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
   for Personal Use, free of charge.

3. Grant for Small Organizations

   Organizations whose total annual gross revenue (including that of
   affiliates) in their last fiscal year was below USD 100,000 may use the
   Software free of charge under the same terms as Personal Use.

4. Commercial Use

   Any other Commercial Use requires an active paid subscription per user as
   described in PRICING.md and at https://code.didabit.com/pricing.
   Subscriptions are managed at https://code.didabit.com.

5. Source Availability and Modifications

   The source code of the Software is available at the repository indicated
   at https://code.didabit.com. You may view, build, and modify the sources
   for your own use. If you distribute the Software or a modified version of
   it, you must (a) retain this license, LICENSE.vscode.txt and
   ThirdPartyNotices.txt, (b) not use the names "Dida", "DidaBit" or
   "Nova Globen", or the Dida icon, for a modified distribution, and (c) make
   the source of your modifications available under this same license.

6. No Trademark License

   This license grants no rights to use Nova Globen AB's trademarks, logos,
   or product names, except as required for reasonable and customary
   attribution.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR

8. Termination

   This license terminates automatically if you materially breach it and do
   not cure the breach within 30 days of becoming aware of it. Upon
   termination, you must stop using the Software; sections 5-7 survive.
